創校於 1911 年，為來自不同地區的猶太裔學生，提供優質小班教學。學校有三個校園：學前教育部（Holly Rofé Early Learning Centre）位於香港半山羅便臣道，幼稚園及小學（Carmel Elementary and Pre-school）位於香港半山波老道，中學（Elsa High School）位於香港島筲箕灣道。
